Most items are in stock and ship out within 24 hours, unless it is a weekend or a holiday. We ship U.S. Priority Mail (please provide an address where you receive mail) U.S. orders are usually delivered in 2-4 business days. Shipping charges are calculated based on weight of the products. If being delivered to an apartment please provide a secure location for delivery to prevent theft or loss of packages. You will be provided a tracking number of your package via email when your package ships.
Return Policy:
All sales are final, for sanitary puposes we cannot accept returns on used lotion. You would not want a lotion someone else has returned to us.
If we have shipped you the wrong product, do not open lotion and email us at sales@tanninglotiondepot.com
We will send you the correct product along with a prepaid return label for you to ship it back. If you receive a damaged product do not hesitate to email and we will respond with directions on how to proceed.
